1. Do I need to be a member before I book?
Nope, anyone can book! Simply book your first gardening session online.
2. How can I book a gardnener?
Our gardening services can be booked through our website, simply click the ‘Book Now’ button to be taken into the booking portal. You can also book within our mobile App.
3. What happens if I need to reschedule my booking?
Bookings can be rescheduled within our app, just give us 48 hrs notice.
5. What happens if we have bad weather?
General UK weather shouldn’t affect the service. On the unfortunate occasion of extreme weather, we will notify you via email and via our mobile app. Your gardening appointment will be moved automatically into the next available space. Should the new booking day/time not work for you, simply reschedule into another available slot that fits your schedule.
6. How many gardeners are in a team?
Each of our gardening teams consist of 2 people. An experienced Senior Gardener coupled with an assistant.
6. Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured.
7. Do you need access to electric?
Nope, all of our power tools are top spec, commercial grade, cordless and electric. Each of our teams carry fully charged batteries that last all day! We have no need to access your electric.
8. Why do you use electric tools?
With the advancements of technology, electric commercial graded equipment carry the same power output as petrol alternatives. Not only are electric tools better for the environment and your garden, they are also 70% quieter than petrol tools, not only great for you, but also for your neighbors. No petrol also means there will be no harmful spills or smells when accessing your property. Electric tools for the win!
