The service team will notify the client only if their ETA is more than 1 hour outside the original booking time. Notification may be via any method, such as a call, text, or app notification.

Yes, upon arrival, our team will discuss and confirm your priorities to ensure they focus on what matters most to you.
The gardening team will work efficiently within the booked time. If additional work is required, a follow-up appointment can be scheduled.
Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade gardening tools, which are not exclusively electric, to ensure a high-quality service.
We do not work on bank holidays or weekends.
In the event of adverse weather, we may need to reschedule your booking. You will be notified promptly via email.
Initial waste will be disposed of in the client’s green waste bin, if available. 1-2 hour appointments include 1 waste box, half-day appointments include 2 waste boxes, and full-day appointments include 4 waste boxes as part of the service.
Additional waste boxes are charged at £19.99 each and will be billed to the card used during booking. If the total waste exceeds 4 boxes, it will be considered a half load (£80) or a full load (£160) and collection will be arranged and collected by our waste partner.
We do not remove stumps, soil, or branches exceeding 5cm in diameter as part of our waste management service.
Waste will be taken and charged by default. If you do not want the waste removed, you must inform the service team at the beginning of the appointment. Waste left behind will be left loose where you specify.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our platform.
No refunds are provided for unused time if the service is completed to your satisfaction. Please inform the team immediately if you have concerns.
Bookings not used within 30 days are forfeited without a refund. Please ensure to schedule your service promptly.

Ensure clear access to the garden and provide any parking permits required. If access is through the house, lay protective floor coverings in advance.
The team will maintain tidiness in the garden, but clients are responsible for cleaning any areas inside the house affected by access.
Yes, as long as the team has clear instructions and access to the necessary areas, you do not need to be present during the service.
Report any damages within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement costs up to £200.
Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as per our terms.
Yes, we maintain liability insurance to cover our services. However, we recommend clients also maintain their own insurance for comprehensive coverage.
