Waste Policy

By booking a service with Now Gardening, you agree to the waste policy outlined below.

Waste Removal

• Waste removal is not included with any gardening service.
• Green waste removal is charged at £35 per bag.
• Bags used are large-capacity – see image below for reference.

          

Automatic Charging & Large Volumes

• Waste removal of up to 5 bags will be automatically charged to the card used to make the booking. A receipt will be provided via email.
• If waste exceeds 5 bags, the team will notify you of the total waste charge to be agreed before removal or charging takes place.

Opting Out

You may opt out of waste removal by simply informing the team on site upon arrival, leaving a note in your booking, or emailing support@nowgardening.co.uk.

All waste will be left on site in a location you specify.

What We Remove

Included: Grass clippings, leaves, hedge and shrub trimmings, small branches under 5cm.
Not included: Soil, turf, rubble, stumps, roots, branches over 5cm, or any non-green waste.

Queries & Liability

• Any issues must be raised before the team leaves site.
• We are not liable for delays caused by access restrictions or waste handling limitations.
